well yeah, can’t expect cops to know the law, i mean lets be real.

it seemed that he must’ve already been playing somewhat consistently, since the goal was to up his rank, or whatever, but he also acted like keeping to a schedule of 5 matches a day every day for two months was pretty daunting, so i’m guessing he played more, and more consistently, during the experiment, than before.
-Banned in most states
if we’re talking about U.S. states, that is just not true. most states at least have to show that you intended to use them for commiting burglary.
here’s a link to a page with details about laws regarding lockpicks all over the U.S., if anyone is curious.
so i actually watched it. the result of the experiment was that he did marginally better at league of legends the second month, while on estrogen, but personally i think that playing hundreds of matches for a couple months probably had more to do with it. it is known that practice can improve one’s skills, after all. the real takeaway of the video is that it can be pretty freaking hard to get estrogen.
couldn’t be that long. i was on the site a couple days ago.
idk dude, how does anything get to be an olympic sport? it gets popular enough and the olympic committee thinks it’ll draw a crowd and decides to include it. it’s not like there aren’t several other dance sports in the games already.
is that all ceramic? funny and impressive.
i can’t find the exact post after digging through the users archive for a while, but this is definitely a tumblr post.
they’re like furries, but for tanks. they make up tanksonas, and wear anthropomorphic tank costumes, got to tankie conventions, and draw lots of art of anthropomorphic tanks. the subculture goes back to the earliest mecha anime, but there are antecedants going back to leonardo da vinci.
yep, which is why i said more than 75 years ago. he’d’ve had to have coined it prior to the publication of that article.
you are correct. the character’s shirt reads “mi olin e siki”, which roughly means “i love circles”. so, naturally, he is delighted to see the circle, but upset to see the square.
i don’t think he coined that one, though he is terrifically old, so maybe he did 75 plus years ago, idk. i’m sure he would happily take credit for it if it got people to pay attention to him.
fool me once, shame on you, but teach a man to fool me, and i’ll be fooled for the rest of my life.
i am not convinced yet that trump didn’t just fake his own assassination attempt. given the footage going around, it looks extremely fakeable.
words do area-of-effect damage, friend.
if you use the r-slur around me, even if its not directed at me, it hurts, and it makes me feel less safe with you, because of the way that word has been used to specifically target me for hatred based on my neurotype. plus there’s the fact that you acknowledge it to be a mean word for disabled people, and if you’re using it as a weapon against non-disabled people, you’re really saying ‘haha, you’re like those disabled people, and that’s terrible.’ i hope you can see how this probably doesn’t feel so good to a lot of us?
Unfortunately for us, they have the same vote we do
gosh i wish that were more true. given the equal representation of states in the senate, and the subsequent higher weighting of low-population states in the electoral college, the vote of a californian is worth a lot less than the vote of a wyomingian. and someone in washington D.C. has even less say. it’s a pretty fucked up pseudo-democracy, tbh.
anyone want to explain what the joke is here?
unless you buy a game that later adds denuvo, of course
