I’m just a man with a guillotine
I’m vegetarian but keep my own chickens for my eggs as the only animal products I have is that acceptable?
Plot twist rectal grease is their actual name, they were trying to call them Reese to avoid saying it.
There’s always going to be important issues that are going to be difficult to debate without some level of emotion, especially when talking about politics or the environment, you have to remember that this personally affects people’s lives.
However it can get overwhelming and it’s important that you have the self-awareness to know when you need to step away.
I know it’s easy to judge the Internet by its worst actors but you have to remember that everyone needs to learn and be part of the discourse it’s not just the internet, that’s humanity.
Yup and “health supplements” are in the same boat
We hope
Everyone has a right to be heard.
Everyone has a right to their pain.
Someone else’s pain being acknowledged and addressed does not invalidate yours.
Comparing pain leads only to a race to the bottom when we should all be lifting each other up
Wait Cabracadabra is real!?
I agree with the rest of your comment though, taking special care for vulnerable populations is important and when in a privileged position can (incorrectly) feel like exclusion.
I think young men who are at a particular vulnerable and formative age seek community and to make their impression on the world.
That feeling has been weaponized by alt-right influencers to start a culture war in order to stifle class conflict.
Not surprising they’ve been social marketing with corporate accounts and purchased accounts for years because the know it’s effective.
This is just the natural evolution of that.
At least this would be doing something, you have my support.
Oh yeah it’s not fullproof you absolutely still can have people vote against their interests but encouraging apathy doesn’t fix that
Not very versed in French politics but I imagine the fight to maintain democracy is difficult regardless of country. No matter how bad the choice gets though, not making it isn’t the answer.
Don’t dishearten they’re almost certainly not actually an American voter.
If I have to read one more both sides are terrible “take” that encourages voter apathy I’m going to lose my mind. Vote, people I don’t care who you vote for but you have to vote because apathy is how we get fascism.
Do something rather than just throwing a piss fit and encouraging others to do nothing.
No yeah that totally sounds like a healthy way to engage in debate.

It’s basically a synonym for simp.
“an overzealous or obsessive fan of a particular person or thing”
I don’t think that.
What do YOU think will work?
There’s a lot of good and bad.
Bad - Supporting Israel financially, forcing the rail workers back to work from their strike, his environmental policies seem half hearted.
Good - Forgiving large amounts of student loan debt, having his cabinet work with the DEA at reclassifing weed while promoting the idea publically, putting billions into Urban reconstruction to help cities become less dependent on roads and more accessible for the least fortunate.
It’s more nuanced than he’s great or awful. He’s just better. As it often ends up coming to in American politics.
As an aside I long for multi choice voting.
Jokes on them, that’s my fetish.
