The author then filed suit against both Amazon and the Tolkien estate, claiming the streaming series “The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power” had borrowed from his sequel and infringed his copyright.
The gall.
Integration should be expected. It’s not in any way racist to expect it. Do you even know what racism is?
It’s apparent some believe silent torture is more civilised than bombs.

It’s disheartening to see that people still stick to reddit. But they still must be endlessly complaining within it.
What a happy coincidence.
The world is always cyclical. There is always a return to conflict and friction. And given that the globalized world has shifted and mixed so many, I think we’re definitely brewing some nice widespread instability which will, in time, give way to a new form of stability. Same. And I’m quite happy with the reduced time. When I tried to quit reddit cold turkey I found myself back almost immediately. But lemmy is a nice substitute. Content gets replaced at a slower rate, moderation is looser or less annoying. Fewer bot nonsense. And tough there is a crowd here on lemmy spewing a lot of nonsense, I almost prefer that they never get concealed. Shows more truly the divide on the issues. I almost don’t want lemmy to grow to Reddit size, tough I feel it might, with time.

Best way to go extinct is much the same.
Just leave, ffs. It’s annoying that in the end of the day people still remain in droves. The only hope is that reddit drives itself into being unusable.
Because throwing a paper ball into the bin( or the near floor) is far easier than a flat piece of paper.
