1 year agoDifferent yeasts have different tolerances, so it’s worth checking which one you used. For safety, i’d also keep it in your fermented for a while after sweetening, and bottle once the gravity reading has been consistently stable over a few days.
Can someone point me where to find information on how to centre that right window like that? Is it a floating window? I have so many programs that make more sense to me to not take the full height of the column!
