I’d debate the more work part. Sitting and watching vs hunting and gathering.
Good choice, and as hard as it is, trust the boring “drop caffiene” and bedtime advice. After a few weeks your body will acclimate to the timing, too. Honestly though, the best thing for me is a long weekend backpacking trip. After a day or so of strenuous hiking, and a terrible first night sleep, it’s like your body sees the sun set and is like “I’m done”. Can really reset your clock.

Ahhh, what app are you using for messaging? I would be interested to know how Buzzkill works for you. I use Tasker to customize mine a lot, but a formal solution might be worth trying if it’s good.

Would recommend Debian then. The switch was pretty smooth for me. Almost everything worked the same, but without the snaps.
Not always, the gradient might not be good for wheelchairs, and could cost more to level when there is a full budget.
Granted this does not appear to be the case here. Desire paths will always exist, though, as the ingenuity of a subset of the many will always outweigh the few.

I have used Ubuntu for years. I’m not a noob by any means, and would consider myself more advanced than most users. I used to love tinkering, but once I had a set of scripts built that set everything up just the way I like it on a new install, the need to tinker faded.
I have recently switched to Debian due to bloat and snaps, but I won’t ever judge an Ubuntu user.
