This almost feels like bait, your instance is Lemmy.ml. The ml stands for Marxist-Leninist, your home instance is literally the home for far-left ideology. You’ll still see a leftist bant for the reasons commenters have mentioned, but the single biggest reason is that your instance is owned and operated by them.
Again, if it was propoganda I think it would be more incendiary. You’re free to go through the information if you wish, and there probably are some juicy secrets somewhere in the mess of files, but my spotcheck made me yawn. If you don’t want to live in a world with no truth, you have to start thinking about the intent of the author. If the intent of the author here was to plant misinformation, or to sow division, then they did a terrible job at it. What little I read gave me no interest in reading more.
A lot of them look legit, mostly because they are boring. I scanned a few, it’s stuff like the air force’s memo on how to deal with press, or a memo alleging a number of Russian cybersecurity attacks on U.S. assets.
If someone was going to fake releasing stuff like this, they probably wouldn’t do it with such boring documents, they’d put some shit about aliens in there.
It’s an annual march. They’ve never been looking to de-escalate, the point has always been to terrorize.
Yeah it’s because Americans are fucking terrible at governing.
The vast, vast majority of Americans do not care about their elected officials. Most do not even know who they are, and just vote based on party affiliation or don’t vote at all. Our government structure also fundamentally doesn’t work, and we would be far better served adopting a parliamentary system like the rest of the developed world, but nobody cares enough to do anything. Our courts are corrupt thanks to Donald Trump, gerrymandering means our elections are hardly fair, the list goes on.
America has an apathetic government that accomplishes very little and is easily captured by hostile forces because it is exactly the level of government Americans are willing to put in the effort for.
Yeah I’m sure I’ve said enough stupid shit on the internet that my comments will also be AI poison.
What would be really fun is a tool like this that introduces AI poison, just fills your old comments with even more nonsensical information. Presumably, the more people who used the same tool, the more similarly terrible data the LLM would receive, and it would start outputting stuff even dumber than glue in the pizza sauce.
I’d absolutely press it once, because if I’m unlucky enough to hit a 1% on the first press, I think I’d rather just be dead anyway. That kinda bad luck will kill you in some other way.
I know it says 100% chance to die.
I’m still pushin it.
I’m sorry, your take is that we need to shame people for …standing against a genocide? for deciding that supporting the deaths of an entire culture of people is the line too far for their conscience to support? You think that deserves to be attacked and shamed?
The U.S. has no obligation to participate in genocide, and can start withholding aid at any time. If Democrat leadership has decided it’s more important to exterminate Palestine than prevent a Trump election, that’s going to remain on the Democrats.
They already come with two holes, you can’t imagine adding a third?
There’s also no longer any button on the mobile web client. Your options are to upvote, downvote, or click on the three dots to expand every other option, including reply, all at once.
I’ll do you one better, what is it about Palestine this time?
Israel’s been getting away with genocide for decades, of course none of them see a problem with finishing the job now. What has suddenly changed such that the American public are finally able to realize the apartheid government they’ve been financially supporting all these years is actually evil?
Then why the fuck did they send so many troops to Libya?!
I guess I shouldn’t complain too hard, you never want to correct an enemy when they’re making a mistake.
“Hundreds of targets have already been attacked,” Yoav Gallant, Israel’s defense minister, said after meeting with commanders in the Rafah area. “This operation will continue.”
“Yeah, hundreds have already been attacked. What’s a few hundred more,” the justifications of a fucking psychopath.
pfft, just dump all points into Luck, problems solved.
…and it’s not getting laid when it’s FM?
Oh no, now the U.S. is Hamas too!
dunno if I would call going through a trauma arc “getting away with it.” It’s about the only time Luffy’s faced any consequences.
It worked fine at the time, the problem is that all of that motivation to defend democracy was artificial, and slowly faded from the public as the war faded into the past.
