I doubt it, because the plastics would almost completely burn off, and while the concentration might increase I don’t think it would ever be enough to leave behind substantial residue for quite some time. Plus most of the time ashed are kept in urns or distributed in places that already will have microplastics and other carcinogens
Also wagon wheel on pixel 7
That sounds amazing. if I’m ever down there I’ll try and find that guy
I just made a community for it!
Yeah it’s gonna be a shit show, but for anyone who wants to help draw people over here and take advantage of it, come join the community I just made to make a join lemmy banner on it.
There will 100% be mod overreach, but I’m guessing/hoping it will be more focused on removing people making a big API and fuck u/spez. Sure, those few of us working on maintaining it will add some clicks but it’s a drop in the ocean to them. Its a public place (pun unintended) seen by a great many people. The benefit to us will be greater than to reddit.
I’m definitely going to be helping out with a join lemmy banner somewhere
I’m not that big of a vaush fanboy to spend too much energy defending him, but of his many problems he’s not a pedo. Tbh I haven’t even watched him in a few months, just wanted to see how you’d react lol
Nah I prefer vaush, he’s an actual socialist
Dprk apologia? Really? I knew y’all had problems but this is further than I thought it went
Yeah i really like it. i just tried it on my laptop in normal browser, and it does behave poorly. even in voyager/wefwef on my laptop it is weird using this link but on my phone it acts like this
Edit: maybe it’s because on my phone I’m signed in to lemmy.world and it auto-fixes the link?
Just to confirm, it’s the @programminghumor link right? When I tap it it sends me to the community in the app, not opening a website. I’ll check how it behaves on my laptop too in the normal website
And Voyager is what was formerly wefwef.app, the url is the same still I think but the name has changed. It’s a PWA for mobile
It actually is clickable and works properly for me, using voyager + Firefox + android funnily enough
I may be wrong on this, but what it sounds like to me is that the thing GitHub is built up on is the main attraction, the only thing to benefit is to build an equivalent platform for interfacing with it that is open source and maybe federatable
I know you can for sure turn off push notifications, they actually had decent customization for that.

I forget if these are for push notifs or inbox or both
I believe you could also turn off vote notifications, I did im pretty sure. And you could also turn of replies too.
Also do you mean notifications in the notifications section of the app or push notifications to your phone?
I don’t actually know but it is fairly likely that the definition of ‘man’ in the law is defined as any person. It is that way in the US at least, though most new laws and such use person there are quite a few old laws that use such wording to describe any person.
