The Israel technique
The Israel technique
Long enough they can make sad movies about it.
Yay! The megathread is here! And a wiki!
Sounds like our country and our two party system lol. Mexico was ruled by the same party for decades and got out, though, so maybe there’s hope for Japan.
Trump pulled out of the Iran nuclear deal for basically no reason and assassinated a beloved political figure. I doubt they care about Russia more than they hate Trump.
I still wouldn’t blame them for sucking up to the US in their current situation. Them and Israel basically rely on the US for their weapons. The US is who I blame most of those 3 because they have the most power to stop it without relying on anyone else for survival.
Doesn’t matter why they’re doing it. The US didn’t fight the Nazis out of the good of their hearts or they would’ve gone in before Pearl Harbor, but it’s still good they did it.
Well I’d say the Houthi cause is more just, so not exactly balanced.
That took me too long to get lol
It probably would, at least they couldn’t sustain the 5 front war they’re starting now as easily and might actually face some consequences.
I was kind of hoping I’m wrong because of Covid clearing out so many old people in that area lol, but it doesn’t look like I am this election season at least. 😔
But, I’m also curious if the continuous climate disasters will ever make that place a less alluring location to move or retire to, which could also help the voting demographics 🤔 But like you said, that’s kind of another “in time” thing.
They didn’t exile people so much as people left because they got their slaves and businesses taken away. Then, the embargo made economic conditions terrible which encouraged more people to leave. The alternative is not letting people leave, which seems worse.
And I don’t think Florida is a swing state anymore unfortunately =( I’ll eat my words if it changes this election season, but I haven’t seen it change in a long time. Democrats need to give up on it. The demographics have changed too much with all the old people moving there.
They’ve already done a bunch of opening of market reforms. I think the most important is thing the US ends the embargo.
It’s okay the US will pay it. We don’t need healthcare or climate relief or to repair infrastructure or anything 😠
To me, that’s kind of good news, if that means essentially only one place is building new coal plants and it’s the same place that’s building a ton of new solar plants and EV’s, too.
Did they? They controlled its borders, air space, water, power, trash, money, trade, food, etc. They still occupied the space. They had guns pointed into it and would snipe people who walk near the edge or throw things into it. Every now and then soldiers would go in for some reason or another. They had policies to control the number of calories that went in to keep it down to the bare minimum. It was an open air concentration camp, not sovereign territory.
Palestinians are for a two state solution, but Israel keeps trying to use the deals to take more land. The latest one involves taking the land that’s on their Egyptian border and making them disarm itself. What kind of state doesn’t have control over its borders and can’t defend itself? These deals are given in bad faith. It’s why they keep taking land, so it’s impossible to have a contiguous state. Israeli officials have admitted this multiple times.
I’m guessing you have no idea what Israel has been doing to Palestine for the last 70 years? Israel has been killing natives and taking their land way before October 7th and the answer isn’t making it harder for Palestinians to defend themselves.
I’m doubting them. The IDF always lies and this person is defending a genocidal country and terrorist, ethnostate. It’s like giving Nazis the benefit of the doubt. But I’d also be curious to see these articles of proof that everyone killed was Hezbollah. The pictures I saw before showed lot of collateral damage and I doubt the two children were Hezbollah. This method of attack is very fire and forget, there’s no way they have that info unless they have journalists at every hospital asking if the people coming in with blown off hands are Hezbollah.
