Because Stardust said “Get a Steam Deck and then you’ll see why” which makes no sense in the context of Denuvo DRM, hence it is most likely Stardust confusing anti cheat issues for DRM ones. Not that hard to figure out.

Well, in the context of the Steam Deck, DRM works fine and anti-cheats often don’t.
No, and it runs denuvo games fine. It’s things like EAC or EA Anti-Cheat that break on Deck/Linux.
vim (and especially neovim) have WAY more features than vi and different shortcuts. Running vim with the “vi” symlink emulates vi and disabled a lot.
I’m pretty sure that’s why he said that
My VW-built EV seems pretty high quality. China and USA aren’t the only game in EVs.
Samsung isn’t building their phones in South Korea anymore?
Isn’t this standard everywhere? I know it’s like this in the Netherlands. I assume in America they give you the bald eagle feathers per egg or something too.
Firefox does exactly that, in beta at least. When you copy a URL one of the options is to copy without trackers.
There’s a few different ways to write that command in vim, does it accept all of them?
First good political news in a while
I work with python professionally and would never do that. I add my actual imports to the requirements and if I forget I do it later as the package fails CI/CD tests.
I don’t think this would need to wait for a successor. The problems are software, not hardware. They would need to have games and SteamUI get suspended but leave other processes running, might be tricky and prone to bugs.
It took me way too much searching to find that. Think about it as a user looking for a donation link, the website’s drop down has a link to donate to Lemmy’s codebase but nothing clear for Lemmy world.
It doesn’t help that the donation links still are just for Mastodon world, with no clear way to even find the donation links from Lemmy world. They put out a posting for sysadmins with part time hours for free… As a sysadmin I definitely don’t have time for that shit. Maybe they could make the donation links more obvious and try to hire actual staff if they need help.
I’m juggling between both and Infinity is definitely less polished. From how reliable the gestures are for going back from comments to posts vs downvoting them, to returning to the same position on a post if you back out to go back in, to the general UI options and settings pages.
No no no you don’t understand. The war in the rest of Europe will be just beginning, but the war in Ukraine will be over.
