Many people forget that a store can have two types of avocados priced differently that then needs to be distinguished from one another at the checkout. It could for example be organic Vs conventional. Or for apples there are many different types that can all look the same. I find this type of tech pretty cool. I would love to see variations of it. Having those predators captured inside a smaller area between major roads whith no safe way of getting out, puts a lot of stress on them to find food. This in turn can make them much more dangerous to humans but also other prey animals. Making a safe crossings will give the predators a chance to expand their territory to a more natural size. Similar examples can be found in India with tigers being caught inside a major road network getting really close to humans.
Combine with git and you now have a good way of keeping track of changes as well of you have to collaborate with others.
How is the report generated andwhere is the data sourced from? I often have huge issues with weather reports being very wrong or not up to date fast enough to be useful so I end up just using the national report but their app is terrible.
Probably something based on 1/6 th of a byte that originates form old IBM systems that used 6 bits per byte that was then later never changed into 8 bit systems so you now have to convert between 6 bit and 8 bit systems and then fractions, gotta get those good fractions. So they’d say something like my SSD is 170⅔ GB for a 128GB drive
I think you’ll have a really really good product/algorithm to sell for the big HVAC and heating companies… You wouldn’t have to worry about saving a bit of moneys here and there anymore that’s for sure 😅
I have had collegues that did entire PHD’s on this topic with giant simulations and machine learning… It’s just to say that this is a very difficult problem to solve exactly, so go easy on yourself and find a simple approximation or something good enough to get you the edge on the prices you pay for heating. I see some good ideas in the comments already, but keep it simple is my best advice.

On modern smart phones ther are some accessibility settings for hearing aid connection that iirc connects automatically to hearing aids that support the feature. It’s not always using Bluetooth. The non Bluetooth variants are pretty low range I think but Bluetooth is also used for the same features. Go to you phone settings and see if you accidentally enabled something like “hearing enhance” “hearing aid enhance” etc.
It’s also about the fear of people just moving stickers around. I personally think it’s probably only a very small amount of people who would actually do that so the cost of preventing that is not worth it.
I can inform you that laser edging is much cheaper and way faster than stickers. Lasers are cheap and you don’t have any consumables you need to keep buying like stickers.
