I guess the best way for that, is to crosscheck with the maiantained list on the megathread of this community.

Happy, that you found my comment :D
I’ve also searched for such a solution for a longggg time. When i finally found it though… holy moly i was happy about that
You could also go the route of directly downloading from spotify with Zotify.
If you got premium it downloads in full 320kps. (Make sure to use the --download-real-time=True
toggle to raise no suspicion for spotify servers. This way you download as fast as if you were listening to the songs/audiobooks yourself.
Its a command line tool. Though if it can remove possible DRM Watermarks from the audiostream - no clue. But i wouldnt think they actually do that.
I don’t know where else you could look but the common E-Book & Audiobook places. So far many Books were not listed in the usual piracy sites. I had to search explicitly for the only Book/Comic/Audio Book related ones.
These sites however have TONS of Material in all kinds of categories. So even if there wouldnt be a “Artbook” Filter, if you look for a reocurring comic, make use of the reocurring name and hit the search with it.
You may have to check what are the best sites for your language though.
I guess OBS? Works on Windows if you use the webbrowser and disable Hardware Acceleration. Be advised though, the resolution and bitrate on browsers alone could be limited and also on linux clients.
I think the best way is still to rely on already ripped content. Though if you want to start creating webrips yourself, afaik people use their cookies and use the streams, that the browsers/applications get pushed and turn them into other video formats. But not at all a pro on this topic. Someone else here is surely better informed than me on this topic.
Thanks for the info. Maybe something is bugged with mine. I’ll have a look into it. Currently its not being used of the first few months of use, that were… lets say bumpy at best…
Their plugins arent really reliable. Can tell you that. The Mullvad VPN Plugin does not like it at all if you ever should run out of VPN Time. If your VPN is not being paid the connection shits itself and doesnt reconnect properly when the VPN is being paid for again. Besides that, the Seamless-Tunnel Option (aka. dont allow network traffic if its not through the VPN) is working but hella buggy if you want to disable it for testing.
Got myself a Opal one. Not sure what I will be using it from now on tbh. Maybe the other Options are more reliable but I couldnt be bothered to check em out in the last months.
Hm, well then maybe an alternative to usenet maybe try the OCH-Variant. Many sites out there for the german dubbed content. An old but good site to get to some good warez sites fast is startseite.to But some old links still exist and might not be the best route to go, so still be cautios matey.
Yeah I’m also still onm the manual way and not really happy with it.
But on this topic this dudes Page has been often mentioned in threads. Maybe you can get it working for you:

For a complete series its difficult. I guess you could copy all the links of each episode, put it in a .csv file, and let GPT write a script that opens up a Terminal/CMS/Powershell that calls yt-dlp with the parameter being the link of each episode.
Naming to be S01/E01 could get difficult but you could make another row in the .csv file and let GPT edit the script, so that after the download is complete the file gets renamed to the corresponding row.
Oooor you go the easiest way and sail the high seas, go to serienjunkies.org or other sites like this one, and go with one of the one-click-hosters, pay them and be good for a year or whatever time range you would choose.
I think he has a typo, yes. The correct link:
Edit: if you have a link of the video on the arte website, you might wanna try to copy the link and put it into yt-dlp. It is capable of downloading from youtube with sponsorblock information but also capable of downloading videos from other sites. For example the ARD Mediathek or Arte.
Are you downloading or creating the remux? ^^
If you are downloading:
If you are only playing the movie on the laptop on a 15" screen, resolution above 1080p doesnt matter all that much for movies. If you are watching it on a large 4k tv - something like over 50" you have to consider the additional storage space, thats needed with the higher quality variant.
I am personally not so much considered with high resolution unless I watch a movie again and again and again. If you probably only watch it once, try out the 1080p version and find out if the quality is high enough for ya or if it is disturbing you.
Bullshit article.
Yeah i can also imagine code myself while awake.
Doesnt make it worth it though.
Imagining code brings you nothing.
You have no IDE in your head that checks your code.
You have no space to upload your code towards.
You can only try to remember what weird concept for a code you had in mind and use that, when you actually type down your code.
The article is just trying to generate some clicks with ragebait. Nothingburger news. Not even worth the click.
Just so you get a notification: OP added a link to the comment above.
What websites do you guys curl from cli to recieve only your own public ip and dns leaks?
What I’ve found is that some dudes claim, that there are good private trackers for german dubbed content. Even for ebooks there are places it seems. But what i’ve seen to be more often claimed is that there are large usenet communities with all the content you want. With these though, you once again have to pay the community with money. Just like with the oneclickhosters. I backed all those comments up. if you want to read the original statements, i could dig them out for you.
Edit: using the word “claim” since i am in no private tracker, as they always were closed for new guys and the usenet stuff - i didnt have time to find out wich respects my privacy enough, when it comes to payment methods.
Thx a lot!
Thanks for the info. Thats something to start! I’ll look into it.
U got any invites left over for a german community mah dude?
Just checking in to say thanks for asking that question. Always had that same question as a fellow sysadmin :D
Now since i see all those ideas: hell yes. I will reach out to the maintainers of the next project that I find that could use some support and offer them my support :D
