Oh nice, thank you. I didn’t realize they were an admin and mod too. I thought just a developer.
What are you implying here? People don’t use Lemmy because of this guy’s politics? Do we know the politics of other developers?
Was gonna post this
“Conservatives hate this one like of code.”
It initiates a drag queen show.

Accepting death isn’t surrender.
I think there’s a chance we’ll see that type of cost-cutting eventually, but the only way I can imagine a pay-per-image model working is if you get unlimited “spins” until you get an image you find acceptable.
I’ve started flossing more times than I can count. You’re RIGHT on the cusp of it stopping hurting.
Some tips: — you don’t need to floss twice a day. — you shouldn’t be using a ton of force, but just do a quick swipe on each surface of the tooth under the gumline. — if you’re still bleeding heavily after 2 weeks consistently (like, mostly red spit after floasing rather than just having a little pink tint to the mostly clear spit), you may have a gum issue that needs a dentist to look into or prescribe a special toothpaste for. — try the “Plackers” brand of toothpick sticks.
Beat of luck!
I think your worry about large groups of people is warranted. I do think that the Fediverse has the best chance of anywhere to overcome it, though. No algorithms and only mods/admins to contend with. I how that extra freedom will promote better problem-solving.
I like this too! There wasn’t much point in posting anything on an r/popular post because no one would see it. Here I feel like I’m actually contributing [which really helps my fragile self-esteem ;)]

For me: SO (and if they’re not the same: spouse) is more about becoming a team.
With a really good friend, unless you have something very special, you’ll probably not tether your lives together and commit to going through the rest of your days together.
There’s something that happens over time when you have that commitment that really bonds you (so I’ve found). I haven’t felt it with a friend, and the closest I’ve come to it otherwise is with family (though there’s even less commitment between family members, I’ve found).
It’s hard, but it’s also great.
