Actually, air fryers suck in on top of the tray and it comes back from below while a convection oven just creates some turbulences in there. The difference is that the air fryer removes all the steam that comes off the food, reducing time to crisp up significantly.

Specifically Vitamin A since beta carotene is a precursor to vitamin A and the human body has not the capability to solely live off. I don’t remember the study, but it said that the conversion rate became lower after prolonged Viramin A absence.

The one nutrient I for sure know vegans lack should be Vitamin A, since it’s not found in plants and the body has this weird thing of "the more beta carotene it converts into Vitamin A, the less effective it gets“ making it impossible to get the minimum recommended amount of it - and vitamin A deficiency could lead to depression.

World is as good as never before. It’s safer, more comfy and stuff. Problem is that rich people want more money, and since they have outsourced and made everything automatic, they’re now saving on materials and quality on top of making it more expensive or giving you less. Moreover, we’re dependent on them due to our own laziness. We‘ll either see them die until 2030 or little businesses and the decentralization take over their place.
