Those teddies would fit perfectly in the next Silent Hill game.
A large factor is probably the increase of phone use. I’ve flown into a lot of shit looking at my phone.
My local muni used to have 3 courses. They closed 1 in 2019 and have left it open to the public as a park with no maintenance going into the greens. There are 5 miles of cart paths, now trails, and it connects to an adjacent park with an additional 2 miles of trails. The golf course is barely recognizable and it has been really cool to see it slowly getting reclaimed by nature. There are a significantly larger amount of birds, small mammals, and deer seen there than even just two years ago. I rarely take pictures there but here are a couple that do a decent job at showing how little it looks like a golf course anymore. Both pictures were taken this year.
Seconded. I’m about 9 months into revanced after vanced got shut down and its virtually identical. 15 min install with easy step by step guides to enjoy the good youtube has to offer without all the shit.
Also you can add or remove features you like/dislike which is a big benefit.
Haha I’ve never seen this, have no idea where it’s from, but I love it.
First thing I see on this chart is China understanding the next several decades of energy. Second this I see is corporate America willingly fuck the next few generations with their problems by refusing to to put lives before profits.
My HVAC system does just this. It just reverses in the winter.
It probably took me 2 years to migrate fully. I forward most things. Reality is 95% of emails are pointless spam.
So I’ve noticed spam comes in waves. My gmail account will go months and be more or less fine and then in a period of a week I’ll get several dozen spam emails like “HoMe DePoT PoWeR DrIlL WiNnER” and the like. I always report spam and block.
My hotmail account on the other hand. I stopped checking and migrated every important account to gmail because I was getting spamming by the dozen every single day.
Cries in 3 ligament surgeries on the same knee by the age of 27. 34 now. Finally understand Newton’s first law of motion. You can’t replace your body people. Stay active, doesn’t have to be the gym everyday, but stay active and be conscious of what you put in your body.
KY/OH here. It’s not a Cali thing, it’s an American thing. Almost daily I have people rolling through stop signs or just straight up not stopping at stop lights if they’re turning right.
Story time: drove in Europe for the first time this year. Totally different. Lower speed limits even with that weird metric system. Way less lights and more round abouts and stop signs.
You see that a lot for sure. One show that stands out in my mind of continually moving the plot forward is Breaking Bad. The ‘villain’ changes throughout the show, Walt has an evolving relationship with Skylar and Walt Jr, and motives change as well for Walt and Jesse. Completely different show from beginning to end.
SPOILER: it’s a well known fact that season 1 was shortened due to the last writers strike and had that not happened Jesse would have been killed off at the end of the season. This show very well could have suffered the same fate OP prescribes to most shows since Jesse is so pivotal to the shows overall success. So maybe we should look for shows who’s first season is currently being cut short by this writer’s strike and that will be the next great show.
Phones charging use such little power I’d really be surprised if anyone cared. It really depends on the place. A library I would have no issue plugging in anything without asking. I can’t say I’ve ever been at the doctors and considered charging my phone though I may ask out of courtesy if I did simply because I like my doctor. Overall I’d say it wouldn’t be a big deal either way.
Statute of limitations is why they’re getting off.
