Not from State Farm. Sorry to disappoint. I’m just a half-Iranian American exploring the fediverse. I am interested in science, tech, philosophy, animals, comedy, a wide range of music, and even politics. Though the politics in my country are plain depressing atm.

Better not tell perplexity about this.
Wouldn’t it technically be anarchy?
They could still request to be listed on lemmyverse.net, I think. I don’t actually know how private subreddits usually work.
Also if people wanted a private community couldn’t they just use an unfederated server?
I am still waiting for multilemmies to become a feature so I can better organize my feed.
Maybe they don’t have enough support.
Sounds like the equivalent of US drone strikes.
If Taler gives info law enforcement without a warrant then it isn’t really private.

Shit! Now Japanese fishermen will kill them all!
If the community is public and shows up on All, then yes. I don’t know if lemmy has private sublemmies but if they do, that might be the solution you are looking for.
Strange, I cant seem to find and meantion of that term by searching for it.
What is an noIM?
All the devs or a few of them?
Oh last I heard the creator of the progress flag was collecting royalties.
Edit: I guess that was just a rumour.
