The thing is that capitalism isn’t “good” at anything; all value is produced by workers. Fast fashion is an environmental nightmare, development of tech is in the interest of capital (automation shouldn’t be a threat to workers), most entertainment is constrained by the diktats of massive corporations, the vast majority of snacks are either unhealthy or extremely overpriced, and workers (particularly in the Global South) are being abused in all four cases

I think that’s too reductive; genocide is somewhat vaguely defined, but I’ve always seen it as systematically trying to eradicate some large group of civilians; AFAIK the Russian military isn’t deliberately killing those who aren’t fighting back (not even if they’re Nazis). On the other hand, maybe “genocide” is just a flawed term since it’s based on presumed intent rather than results

capitalism has only existed for a few centuries

1. Read Engels’ pamphlet On Authority.
2. Laos, Cuba and Vietnam are doing very well considering the constant threat of imperialism, and genocidal US sanctions in Cuba’s case.
3. Venezuela is not communist, but the government is guided by Bolivarian socialism and is doing fairly well considering, again, the genocidal US sanctions.
4. The US does not have a democratic government by any stretch of the imagination.
5. I’m not aware of any Indian state called “Perula”. If you mean Kerala, it’s still subject to the national government and therefore extremely limited.
6. Communism can’t feasibly be implemented in only one country, and certainly not while imperialism still exists. There is an absolutely necessary transitional stage, the dictatorship of the proletariat, which currently exists in all AES countries.
7. “Communist state” is an oxymoron.
