Android 4 released in 2011
Nothing prevents you drom installing a linux os on an android phone, provided someone made a rom for your device. It’s just not very useable due to proprietary drivers. Ubuntu touch exists for example, but on most phones you can’t even use the cellular antenna iirc
Based on the videos I’ve seen, I don’t think it’s just batteries. Li-ion batteries don’t really explode, they burst into a lot of flames and stay burning for a while.
Nice, that looks promising! I’ll have to look into it a bit more.
Yes, you can. You just enter a url, and put the %s somewhere in the query params which firefox will replace with your query.
I just tested this with my own website, which definitely does not support any OpenSearch standard, and it works exactly like you’d imagine (except the page doesn’t exist of course).
Edit: nevermind, turns out this is a librewolf thing. Sorry about that
Why would you need an extension for that? You can add other search engines right in the settings of firefox.
Edit: I was wrong, this is a feature Librewolf adds in their builds.
The views are all just webviews. You can find all of the pages in the app/src/main/assets/pages folder, it’s all html and css.
Their package name is also still com.example, their target sdk doesn’t match their compile sdk, and also neither match with the target sdk in their AppManifest.xml.
So I’m guessing this is just someone who isn’t really familiar with java or native android views or something, so just decided to build it in something they do know instead.
Yep, it’s in the description:
I don’t think they’d care though, they have an entire page dedicated to netflix on their own website:
https://protonvpn.com/streaming/netflix
Edit: they just copied the description of the Android app word for word
I guess the equivalent would be burning down a traffic control building or something, taking out the traffic lights (assuming those are centrally controlled, i have no clue tbh)
But even that would be mostly solved by sending out all the lollipop people.
They still get DDOS’ed now, but Cloudflare stops it before it can reach their own servers.
Huh, just noticed my link shows the price at 100 euros, but the bloated one shows it for 121 euros

If you tried running it outside steam through wine, you should try again using GloriousEggroll’s wine instead of default.
Wine isn’t really made for games and (iirc) doesn’t include support for a lot of commonly used graphic/audio api’s, which GE’s version does.
Or if it is through steam and it still didn’t work correctly, you could try his version of proton. It gets more frequent updates and some other fixes as well.
Or you really just found a game that doesn’t work under proton, in which case you could open an issue so they can fix it at some point
There’s a Mac download option right there on the home page.

Yeah iirc all that does is make sure all of the capacitors on the motherboard and in the PSU are discharged. Still a good thing do do before working in a pc, to reduce the chance of accidentally shorting a still charged cap with a screw or something.
An underpowered PSU will usually show issues when actually running heavier loads, not immediately at boot I think.
Looks like they have flat variants as well:
Mostly short, but the few longer flights ive been on were also Boeing
