Cows kills more people each year than sharks.
I mean when did you ever here of a cow killing a shark.

Maybe we need a minimum amount of published information before a candidate can run.
There are people who are running (and winning) locally that I can’t even find a single source about online. Usually the likes of judges, commissioners, school boards etc.
Isn’t it called the condom pocket for a reason?
Shutting every complaint down with ‘racist’, ‘fascist’, ‘nazi’ etc. is why far right parties are rising. It is time to stop acting like middle schoolers and allow people to voice concerns and have debate, lest they vote far right as the only alternative. Nobody wants that.
Never said anything about whether I tip. Just that there is no such thing as earning below minimum wage legally. The same argument about minimum wage stands for any employee like a cashier, burger flipper etc.
You should probably go see someone about your anger issues.
More annoying than just asking for a tip on in delivery or takeout, is asking for the tip first. At this point it is just a fee.
This is untrue. If they earn less than minimum after tips the business has to make it up. The first $5 an hour essentially go in the pocket of the owner.
Unless you live in one of the handful of close states, your vote red or blue makes no difference to the electoral college. Why give either of these your symbolic popular vote.
No 3rd party will win, but a rising 3rd party is competition that may at least raise an issue’s prominence or worry the main parties enough to pull their finger out and run better candidates.
Everybody would fall over.
The entire health insurance industry too. That is likely over a million people.
This is nonsense.
‘Exception for male dairy calves, production is predominantly pastoral-based, with young stock spending relatively brief portions of their life in feedlots. ’
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6039332/
Almost all cattle spends some time on feedlots, as grain improves the meat close to slaughter. Ignore these sites that give the false impression that almost all cows are raised in feedlots. It is blatantly incorrect and obvious to anyone that drives outside the city and looks out of the window.
From Wikipedia
“With a population of 60 million in the late 18th century, the species was culled down to just 541 animals by 1889 as part of the subjugation of the Native Americans,”
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_bison
From USDA
“There are 30.1 million beef cows in the United States as of Jan. 1, 2022, down 2% from last year.Jan 31, 2022”
It was a factor of 2, not 3.
Note: the dairy industry is much worse.
It largely depends on the way the meat is produced.
You may have beef that is corn fed so you use all the energy of multiple times more corn production and transport to feed them vs. just eating the corn.
Or you may have ranched grass fed beef that eats grass in a field that required nothing other than a fence. No plowing, destroying soil with pesticides and running heavy machinery. A few hundred years ago there were 3 times more roaming bison than there are cows in the US today, so gas isn’t really an issue.
Best reason to go cut down on meat is for health reasons. And be careful of where your meat is sourced.
Correction: it is a factor of 2 not 3. See reply for source.
That problem happened because there was no way to travel from town to town quickly so if the clocks were off nobody cared. The trains changed that.
