My understanding of how this works is that that left one is real accounts making real comments, at least in the majority.
Then when the link gets reposted, either by a bot or naturally, potentially depending on the title, the bots scrape the old comments and post them.

Our missile defense systems are only really able to take down a few targets at best, and that unreliably. It’s REALLY hard to shoot down these kind of rockets.
Intercontinental nukes basically can’t be shot down. This is because both sides can launch hundreds of rockets, each carrying multiple very small warheads. It’s basically impossible to intercept.
The issue, besides making minimum wage workers lives hell, is that the carts offten end up in the street, and can become a hazard or hit people’s cars. If it doesn’t have a corral, then take it to the store. Otherwise take it to the corral.
