I know it’s a really awkward phrasing, but “I had a boss, who was a woman…” sounded even more awkward to me than just “woman boss” 🤷♂️.

I had a woman boss who would always refer to women as female (like “you know the manager of that department is a female?!”). I’m still not sure how I feel about it.

31·10 months agoUsing Firefox and uBlock Origin, and following uBlock’s instructions re: resetting and updating. Getting timeouts and popups from YT regardless.
Sadly it doesn’t work for me anymore (and yes I have followed uBlock’s instructions).

82·1 year agoYou don’t have to eradicate all of them, just each year have the richest person in the world executed. Only one. Watch all these billionaires race to give their money away and put it into philanthropic endeavours.
Of course, if any of them are found to be evading or hiding the true extent of their wealth, execution. And money invested in their own organisations/businesses would also of course be counted as theirs.
To be fair, I’d rather always be asked for cookie consent than the websites hoover up every last bit of information about me without my knowledge or consent.
Totally agree with the rest of your points though. Like, why do I need an nVidia account to download fucking drivers?
Well I did once explain the difference between sex and gender as she seemed confused and was unable to wrap her head around a colleague using they/them, but that led to a slightly vacant yet patronising expression on her face. Also, call me a coward but I’m not going to clap back at my own goddamn boss, I prefer my working days to not be more of a living hell than they already are. Regardless, she’s retired now.
