The Harry Potter series was such a prominent part of my childhood. I remember my teacher reading the books to the class as they came out. I loved every moment and eagerly looked forward to each book release. It is truly a disappointment that someone I held in such high regard has decided that making other people feel bad is how they wish to be remembered.

A lot of outdated information. Looks like they’ve been open and closed source at different times. Most recent info I could find (from last month) states: “While Floorp wasn’t originally closed source, we plan to revert to an open-source license under the GNU definition.”
I wonder how many of these were people who voted for Trump in 2016 and now feel shame/embarrassment after seeing the entailing colossal clusterfuck they were partially responsible for.
