I was genuinely surprised when I saw Americans online arguing over the topic of free food in schools, i always hear the mantra “love thy neighbour” in media and such, but some are genuinely upset that someone less fortunate may get to eat at school.

Is called hypocrisy, and it’s prevalent the more sociopathic a person is. Which is quite more common to see in the internet from the detachment/ lack of personal connection.

I didn’t have to work on it for just to not click through ui menus, I just had my autoclicker enabled from some reason(likely game) and just randomly thought, “I’ll use the autoclick, lol” and had some interesting stuff happen. It was entertaining and nothing about being practical.

I promise you I have done exactly that, i had an auto clicker bound to my space bar and was to lazy to click and would just hold the space bar down when I knew that I was going to click a bunch of gui buttons.(which I though wouldnt be problem) Quickly learned some programs don’t like it at all. Lol

At some point, i did what you said and stopped judging the kid for how they are. It was mostly from the sadness of knowing the world they will have to explore, as adults, a world that will be extremely competitive and aggressive. I wanted to shield them from it all and make them live a stable, happy life. At least until they start becoming more independent. Eventually, we all have to let them live their own life.

This has to be bait, there is plenty of work that can be done and lots of research to do and plenty of cash to go around. Its the overwhelming greed from the richest people in the world that hold their wealth instead of letting it flow in the economy. Its disgusting how pay is currently is and you should be ashamed for thinking we are hitting some supply limit instead of other major factors at play that are strangling people’s ability to have liveable fair wages.

It’s not a virus, it’s a Potentially Unwanted Programs bundled and it’s common Spyware, Adware, and miscellaneous paid to serve programs. Since windows and macs bundle their own types of potentially unwanted programs, I like to consider this as just larger corporations being hypocritical. Unfortunately, the majority of PUP that get flagged are typically worse than what these larger corporations bundle in their installers or products.

I always shy away from newer tech because of lackluster documentation and poor leadership. The latter is rare enough. Without proper documentation, I feel like I have to read the code and make my own notes to put into their documentation platform. Which is not what I want to do when I use it. Contributing is nice, but when doing something a core member would do without credit, it will dissuade me from participating.

Yep, as always, spinning up a vm of Linux is just so easy and plenty of ways to recover from a bad moment with snapshots and zfs, or easily restart from a fresh premade image. Also, since you can run the vpn on the host, you can make the vpn connection not have to be limited by the vm performance/limited resources and you don’t need to worry of there being a leak of information to the internet about your system or any identifiable info.

True, if you are doing it for privacy, then you should try to selfhost it. Else, it’s best to use the provided online services. I usually only need the cross streets or highway exit. I can travel without constant GPS navigation. All I need is traffic(car crash) or the general location/plaza. For Houses, I just bring up the map route once I get to the neighborhood.(which is not as cpu/resource intensive to route.)

Hmm I don’t listen to music much. Like almost never as they get stuck in a loop in my head that I can’t sleep at night or get headaches. I don’t know why and I just isolate myself. I never bothered trying to get help with it as it only seems to happen when I listen to music a lot vs once or twice every so often.

And then eventually all the Chinese beers will get vpns or whatever to mask their ip and country of origin, thereby defeating the whole purpose and creating more cpu usage to lookup the blocks for every connection… if it’s very dumb things to do, it doesn’t solve the problem at hand. I don’t know how to solve it but one day there will be a client that someone will make that will.

So basically, it is just creating a custom database with logic/functions.

But how I can I be a recluse and have others deliver me stuff without parking their 9’ tall 21’ long 8’ wide van?
