Yup. I said “it’s nice to not be spammed with presidential news every day” and the responses were all “YOU SUPPORT THE PEOPLE CRUSHING MACHINE” and “DEATH TO AMERICA” like bruh I’m just out here sipping my iced tea.
It’s definitely more than a little bit jarring how completely mask off they’ve gone recently. At first I felt like they were making an effort at being like “look at us libs, being le intellectual.” It was an enormously stupid and transparent effort, but it was detectable.
Now they are pretty openly just calling for mass murder and terrorism. They don’t even seem to be doing the “meme cover” at this point. They are openly fantasizing about exterminating normal people.
It’s actually a pretty interesting view of how extremism kind of always evolves into the same crab eventually.
