I am on the latest stable Librewolf flatpak and the credit card/address autofill settings were there just as I remembered from Firefox. I doubt there are that kind of different versions between countries, but if with all that searching you could not find I suppose you should use a browser more suitable to your usage.
I haven’t tried these settings yet though! Bitwarden extension has been my friend in any of this private data. I could not find autofill of name like chromium browsers (if I remember) though!
