I was talking about the Minecraft movie trailer in the first message
I vibe with this a lot. I don’t think the movie needed to exist in the first place, and if it did it would probably be better if it were fully animated, but nothing about the trailer provoked any strong emotions in me.
I’m not going to watch it but I also didn’t go “wow this is an insult and a tragedy”.
I guess I’m happy for all the tiny children that are gonna watch it and probably love it though.
I get where you’re coming from, but the green screening is objectively terribly made. You can see green reflections in Jason Momoa’s hair! That to me smells just like a low budget rushed cash grab. It might get better with the actual release but I wouldn’t hold my breath.
yeah you’re definitely right about that lmao, I couldn’t see the reflections in his hair but it does definitely look like a cash grab lol
I had a much higher tolerance for bad movies when I was younger, like early twenties. Now if a movie is really bad I just turn it off, no loss. The last one was Madame Webb, what a mess. I just watched Borderlands and that’s about the worst movie I can sit through.
Minecraft movie should be entirely cartoon, while the Skibidi Toilet movie should be live action with practical effects.
Normalise just watching shit if you want even if its bad / not watching when you don’t feel like it even if it’s good
Not sure if it’s bc I am in different circles and what not but I’ve never heard anyone be against someone watching a bad movie when they want to (had a friend go to the FNAF movie for the funzies plus I’ve watched Morbius bc of the memes) and everyone around me hasn’t watched some amazing movies bc they don’t feel like it
I guess I mean just let others do it without judging them and don’t be elitist about media consumption. Cause that’s something I encounter a lot in my life.
