Pickled Ham and Cheese Ice Cream Sandwich

Ingredients: 1 pint of your favorite ice cream 1/2 cup of pickled ham, finely chopped 1/2 cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese 12 slices of white bread Instructions: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place 6 slices of bread on the prepared baking sheet. Top each slice of bread with a scoop of ice cream, then sprinkle with pickled ham and cheese. Place the remaining 6 slices of bread on top of the ice cream, creating sandwiches. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight. Serve frozen. Tips: For a more complex flavor, use a combination of different types of ice cream, such as vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry. You can also use other types of cheese, such as mozzarella or provolone. If you don’t have pickled ham, you can use regular ham that has been soaked in pickle juice for at least 30 minutes. You can also use other types of bread, such as sourdough or rye.
