    (to be clear, you are the one who once again escalated this to name calling and personal attacks. so i apologize if this message comes across as strong but i feel it is warranted.)

    i am so sorry you feel personally offended when i try to communicate potentially life saving political nuance and debate with people on what i understand to always have been a majority-US community* every once in a while. it must be a huge huge emotional burden to see that on your screen. i suppose you never considered that there are actual human beings living through this shit. actual human beings fucking dying because of this shit. that’s nothing, nothing compared to having to see it from your little meme and news website huh?

    to be clear, i do not seek to minimize your experience. your emotional journey through this modern hellscape is valid. period. with no caveat.

    but don’t use your negative emotional experience to justify hateful and dismissive of my lived fucking material reality.

    i’m going to more or less clear out the post because a) i don’t think it’s very funny (my one true failing i am sorry 😓) but b) i don’t really like being continuously called names (shocker, i know). also c) im worried all of your personal attacks and shit is going to upset the mods, whom i hugely respect and don’t deserve to deal with such things.

      I’m sorry, truly I am, that this post has caused you grief. But it was always going too. The rest of the world is just so, so, so exhausted from hearing about your politics.

      Also, like, yeah it’s majority US because it’s an English-speaking community and y’all dominate the anglosphere population-wise. Did you know the admins of blahaj are actually Australian? So can we please not turn this into reddit where r/news is for american news and r/worldnews is for everyone else for fuck’s sake. What possible indicator did you get that 196 is just Seppos? That we’re speaking English? God that’s the exact kind of american essentialism that keeps me up at night.
