I used to hate the hacking mini game like a lot of people, but on my latest replay of fo4 I decided to actually give it my best shot and try to see if I could get good at it. It turns out it’s actually a pretty fun logic puzzle if you really try your best on it. It’s very doable if you take your time, no spamming required.
I recently played System Shock 2, which has a hacking stat and some sort of hacking puzzle. I couldn’t figure it out and asked for help on the logic. One person said gitgud, but it turns out, it’s pure RNG. Fuck that shit. Game has quick saving, si I just save scammed that.

Lmao that sounds pretty rough. Thankfully the fallout one is not RNG and is definitely learnable.
