    The only thing the ACA did for the average American was to lower the scheduled hours because that meant the company was exempt from the ACA.

    For many working class people they still didn’t have health insurance, but now the had a smaller paycheck too.

    For those that did get health insurance, how many companies opted for a useless HMO?
