1. always rack to a 2ndary. It’ll avoid solids in later steps.
  2. solids will clog a bottling wand. This may or may not be related to #1.
  3. be careful when cleaning bottling wands, because garbage disposals will eat the spring. This may or may not be related to #2.

      LOL it’s my first brew, I don’t know. I’ve got a packet of bentonite, a packet of plain gelatin, I don’t think it could hurt to pick one and try to get the particles of funk and starch to settle. “‘I have read a lot of books about this’, she said calmly as she sat down at the helm.”

        I would sugest to dont bother with cleaning it for first brew. From what I heard it makes neglegable diference in taste but it is clear.

        I don’t bother with it and had lots of perfectly drinkable cider.
